Privacy Policy

CleanSwipe (“we,” “us”) provides merchant processing fee audits, chargeback dispute assistance, and related consulting. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Contact details you send us (name, email, phone, business name).
• Merchant statements and dispute materials you voluntarily provide for an audit or chargeback engagement.
• Basic technical data from hosting (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) if our host or CDN logs them. This site is static and does not use advertising cookies.

How we use information

• To perform fee audits, dispute work, and Clean Exit consulting you request
• To reply to inquiries and send engagement paperwork
• To improve our service quality and security

We do not sell your personal information or merchant statements. We do not use your data to train public models.

Cardholder data

Please redact full Primary Account Numbers (PANs) before sending statements when possible. We are not your payment processor and do not need full card numbers to audit fees. If sensitive data appears in a file you send, we will handle it as confidential client material and delete it when no longer needed for the engagement.

Sharing

We may share information with:

• Service providers who host email or files under confidentiality obligations
• Your processor or card network portals, only as needed to perform agreed dispute or audit work and with your authorization
• Authorities if required by law

Retention

We keep engagement files for as long as needed to deliver the service, meet legal/accounting needs, then delete or de-identify them.

Your choices

Email hello@trycleanswipe.com to access, correct, or request deletion of your contact information or to withdraw from marketing (we currently do not run automated marketing lists).

Children

This service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the “Last updated” date above.
